With the second Wiquek Ordeal completed with the invaluable assistance of Kllalam Chapter, we gained over 20 new brothers who accomplished many work projects that the Staff at Camp La-No-Che and the scouters who attend the camp will value for years to come. Meeting Update: Next meeting at WyoTech, Wednesday the 28th.
Several important pieces of information: This past weekend, Wiquek Chapter attended the Service Weekend at La-No-Che, with 11 youth members and 8 adults. There will be a full report of the Service Weekend inside the next Newsletter edition. Suffice it to say, at this point, that everyone had a good time.
Secondly, Wiquek Chapter also held our chapter elections. The results were as follows:
Chapter Chief - Ben Rhoades
First Vice Chief - Alex Scalf
Second Vice Chief - Jacob Wills
That's all for main leadership. We also elected a Historian and Treasurer. Look for their names in the next newsletter.
A few other important pieces of information: This next weekend, after our Chapter Meeting, we will be having a second meeting of sorts, at Go-Cart City. The cost will be $15 (group fee if we have more than 10 people attend, which is almost assured, however please bring some extra just in case you would like to spend it on games, etc...). More information will be provided at the next Chapter Meeting. If you cannot attend, that information will be available here on the website right after.

Meeting Update: Next meeting at WyoTech, Wednesday the 28th.
Our next Chapter Meeting will be once again held at WyoTech (see events page for directions, new members can refer to their Lodge Guides). The meeting will be at 7:00P.M. and will most likely be located in Room 7.
The meeting will focus on orienting new members, and introducing them into the OA. It is important that all new members bring their OA hand-book (you never know what you might need to look up!).
On that note, Wiquek's Ordeal was successfully completed on January 9-11th. We had 28 candidates go through the Ordeal, and we had 24 members in attendence. First of all, thanks go out to all of the Elangomats that helped during this event. Wiquek leadership, and the candidates, appreciated your help.
Second, welcome to all of our new members! We hope you will attend our first meeting, and find enough to interest you to continue being active in the Order of the Arrow (something that will be talked about during the meeting!).
